Terms of Service

Last updated: September 21, 2026

These terms cover trophycase.gg, its Twitch extension, and its overlays. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Trophy Case is an independent service, not operated or endorsed by Twitch.

Your account

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are not legally an adult, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms and supervise your use. Twitch's own Terms of Service also apply when you use Twitch.

Use your own Twitch account. Protect your Award Keys and only give them to tools or people you trust. Tell us if you believe someone is using your account or keys without permission.

Your uploads

You keep ownership of your content. Only upload images and text you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for respecting copyright, trademarks, privacy, and other people's rights.

Uploading gives Trophy Case a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, and display that content as needed to operate the service, including awarded copies and stream showcases. Our service providers may process it for those purposes. This does not give us ownership or permission to sell your artwork separately.

That permission ends when the content is removed from the active service, except for backups and records retained as explained in our Privacy Policy. We cannot remove copies that other people already downloaded or recorded.

Keep it fair and safe

Do not use Trophy Case to:

  • Upload illegal content, sexual exploitation material, threats, hateful harassment, or someone else's private information without permission.
  • Infringe other people's rights, impersonate others, or run scams.
  • Distribute malware, steal credentials, access another account, or evade bans.
  • Spam, overload the service, bypass limits, or exploit bugs to obtain unauthorized awards or showcases.

Automation through our supported award tools is welcome when it follows these rules and our request limits.

Trophies and showcases

Trophies are digital collectibles, not money or a promise of real-world rewards. Trophy Case does not redeem them for cash. Streamers set their award conditions; adding a shelf or watching a stream does not guarantee a trophy.

Creators can delete trophies, which removes every awarded copy. We can also remove trophies for moderation. Collections and features are not guaranteed to remain available forever.

Streamers who enable Showcasing must install, test, and keep their overlay running. Disable Showcasing when you cannot provide the effect. Viewers see the Bits amount before confirming through Twitch. Showcases may queue, and connection or overlay problems can interrupt them.

Bits are handled by Twitch under its Terms of Sale. Trophy Case cannot directly refund Bits. Contact us about a missing effect and Twitch about payment or refund requests. Nothing here removes refund or consumer rights that apply by law.

Removal, bans, and leaving

We may restrict accounts, disable awards, or remove content to enforce these terms, investigate abuse, or meet legal obligations. Temporary restrictions may be reversed; permanent deletions cannot be undone. We may act immediately when necessary to protect people or the service.

For a content complaint or review of a moderation decision, email me@teamchucks.com with the relevant page and an explanation. For copyright concerns, identify the original work, the disputed upload, and how we can contact you. Do not attach illegal material.

You can stop using the service or delete your account. Account deletion also removes your uploaded trophies from everyone who owns them. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information and backups.

Availability and responsibility

We provide Trophy Case as available. To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of uploaded artwork.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and its date when these terms change. For significant changes, we will provide a prominent notice before they take effect, except where urgent legal or security reasons require faster action.
